The prober
A small bet on every flop means nothing. A pot bet on the turn means everything.
One player in our game bets a small amount into nearly every flop from any seat, then pots the turn when he has it and checks when he does not. For months it looked like gambling. The engine says it earns about ten chips a hand more than the careful line, and it is now step two of the method. Against him the flop bet carries no information; fold grey, call with a real hand, and read the turn. If he pots the turn, assume the worst.
Set your table today with the Prober and the Hammer both in. Watch what the coach does when one bets and the other raises.
Nobody shows you the nuts with a small flop bet.
